Fourth weightlifting goal met

I’ve met another goal, Breaking 200lbs on a single lift. Achieved this Oct 15th with my deadlift.

Current lifts:
Squat: 165
Bench: 105
OHP: 100
BO Row: 95
DL: 205

I found out a couple of days ago that i wasn’t doing bent over rows correctly. Dropped the weight from 120 to 95 and will be progressign back up using the correct form.
