a couple more goals down

I achieved two new goals Saturday. A single lift >=250 lbs and a big three total >= 600lbs.

Current lifts-
Squat: 220
Bench: 130
OHP: 115
BO Row: 120
Deadlift: 255

Also, weight seems to be slowly but surely starting to trend down. Probably because of the reduction in soda consumption and eating at home more.
